I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker both in New York and California. I have more than 30 years of professional experience as a psychotherapist specializing in Trauma, Grief & Loss, Substance Abuse, Depression, and Anxiety. I integrate my 30 years of working with Native American Healing and Wisdom as well as 40 years of meditation into my practice. My personal experience, coupled with education and professional experience, (Inpatient and Outpatient Substance Abuse, Inpatient Psychiatry and Hospice) come together in a unique and powerful way for me to assist you to gain the peace of mind and well-being you seek.
I am holistic in my outlook, and believe in integrating the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of life. But most of all, I offer an authentic presence and safe, compassionate and non-judgmental space for you to explore, grow and heal!
